How could Microsoft ever ban such a fine, upstanding gentleman as L3GiT HaCkZz?

(Halo 4 was officially released November 6. And while Microsoft doesn’t punish folks for playing games that broke street dates, this wasn’t the case.)
Thanks, Richard.

It boggles the mind!

And what was his “brother” playing?

Gears of War 3 isn’t set to be released until September 20, 2011. I’m sure he’ll miss all that Rock Band DLC he so proudly boasts about!
As an aside: Microsoft is 100% okay with people playing games that retailers have broken street dates on – the retailer’s the one who gets into shit for that. However, if a game hasn’t even been shipped out yet that is a different story.
(Thanks, Andrew!)
