How hard is it for these losers to spell “permanent”? It’s a word they should be familiar with. Then again, these same fools can’t even spell “banned”. Like “consequences”, these words are foreign to them in their little world.
I again feel that MS should allow these crazy colors for people to use for their avatars in the next Xbox console. However, to make sure everything is on the up-and-up, charge people 400-800 MS points for the privilege. People who didn’t pay for the privilege are perma-banned. That’s what I think they should do.
Then again, I don’t see what colored avatars do except tell the whole world you’re some snot-nosed and privileged adolescent boy who doesn’t know any better.

My modding is now done,
I fought the PET and the PET won, I fought the PET and the PET won.
I needed MSP cuz I had none,
I fought the PET and the PET won, I fought the PET and the PET won.

Looks like a wave of bans for modded avatars. The suspension forum has page after page of people claiming they’ve done nothing. Then I go to their gamercard and a brilliantly blue, green, pitch black, magenta, sunshine yellow, etc. avatar is there.

These people are ignorant. They know they have been banning people for years over it yet they act like “WTF? I didn’t know I broke the CoC/ToS.” every time.
Again, all a modded avatar does is mark you as a snot-nosed, privileged adolescent boy.
